St. Pauls United Church of Christ

St. Pauls United Church of Christ was originally built at this location in 1898 in the German Gothic Cathedral style but mostly destroyed by fire in 1955. Remnants of the old building consists today of the Minister's office, reception area, restrooms, and record/storage rooms. The Sanctuary and basement Social Hall were rebuilt in 1955 after the devasting Christmas Day fire, designed in a modernist Gothic Revival style. Also dating to the 1950s are the Chapel and Parish House with a gymnasium and showers, kitchen facilities, choir rooms, a former caretakers apartment, and various meeting and education rooms.
