At 6018North, the past and present have blurred together. A 1910 Prairie Style mansion designed by Arthur Woltersdorf, the space's current owners pivoted away from a conventional renovation to establish an "artist-centered, sustainable, nonprofit platform and venue." Artists are encouraged to create experimental pieces that seamlessly blend into the surrounding structure. On view is the set of the performance "Persephone: Extraction & Metamorphosis." Artists and performers will have collaboratively developed a time-based, immersive experience that unfolds throughout the rooms and spaces.
