DETAILS:

333 South Wabash, known as The Red, is one of Chicago’s most recognizable office towers with its bright red façade. Completed in 1973, this 1.2 million square foot modernist building was designed by Graham, Anderson, Probst and White. Renovated in 2019, the property provides state-of-the-art offices and modern amenities including a curated dining experience, conferencing facilities, auditorium, fitness center, childcare facility, and tenant lounge. New ownership plans additional work to modernize and reposition this architecturally significant tower for today's office market.

VISITOR EXPERIENCE:

The lobby coffee shop, as well as the second floor food hall will be open for visitors to enjoy and access to floor 16 will afford a peek at a vacant office level with great views.
