Renovated in 2019, the property provides state-of-the-art offices and modern amenities including a curated dining experience, conferencing facilities, auditorium, fitness center, childcare facility, and tenant lounge. New ownership plans additional work to modernize and reposition this architecturally significant tower for today's office market.
