Right Bee Cider

Right Bee Cider is Chicago's first cidery, established in 2014 within Hermosa's former Schwinn bicycle factory. The cozy taproom leads right into a 5000+ square foot production facility where guests can see how the cider is made. Learn about the fermentation process, packaging and distributing, all done on site. There is also a beekeeping operation on the roof, whose harvest makes its way into select ciders.
