Albany-Carroll Arts Building

This artist loft building is part of a wave sweeping East Garfield Park as the creative class migrates further west seeking large studio spaces. The space was originally two separate factory buildings built between 1913 and 1915. These buildings have since been connected to form 100,000 square feet of work space for dozens of working artists, designers, and makers. Tenants also benefit from a 13,000-square-foot outdoor garden.
