Herban Produce

Herban Produce is an innovative urban farm located on Chicago's west side. Spanning two acres, the farm boasts a unique blend of modern and sustainable agricultural practices, highlighted by its outdoor production area with 47 meticulously maintained beds and seven A-frames for vertical farming. Established with a mission to provide fresh, specialty produce to the local community, Herban Produce emphasizes the cultivation of specialty greens and herbs, including varieties like pineapple sage, African blue basil, and Greek oregano. The layout of the farm includes 'The Coop at Herban Produce,' a versatile indoor/outdoor space that accommodates various community events, from farm dinners to wellness classes. This facility, complemented by an 8,000 square foot patio, integrates seamlessly with the natural environment, offering a serene setting with gravel and bluestone walkways and covered pergolas.
