DETAILS:

Revolution Workshop is a nonprofit organization that connects unemployed and underemployed adults with careers in construction. It aims to bring the wealth of the trades back to the local community. The organization, a recent recipient of a City of Chicago community development grant, occupies a former soda bottling facility in East Garfield Park and recently expanded its woodshop into the neighboring bow truss building at 3404 W. Lake Street. This $4.1 million renovation was led by Chicago architecture studio Future Firm. A new mural by John Vergara announces the new space.

ENTRANCE INSTRUCTIONS:

Enter via the parking lot.
