KOVAL Distillery

From its origins as a residential lot to its evolution into a cornerstone of Chicago’s distilling scene, 4241 N. Ravenswood tells a story of industrial progress and family heritage. The building transitioned from a Pacific Flush Tank Co. machine shop in 1928 to its current form after several expansions between 1953 and 1963. Today, it serves as the home of KOVAL Distillery, featuring a state-of-the-art tasting room, warehouse, and classroom—a transformation completed after a major 2019 renovation.
