DETAILS:

Guild Row is an award-winning creative campus and community hub in Chicago's Avondale neighborhood, at the center of the rapidly evolving Rockwell Corridor. Designed by Chicago-based architecture and design studio DAAM, the campus transforms a former industrial complex into a destination where architecture, art, music, hospitality, and community converge. Rooted in adaptive reuse, the project preserves much of the site's original masonry, timber, and industrial character. Salvaged wood recovered during construction was repurposed throughout the campus as furnishings and architectural elements, extending the life of existing materials while connecting new spaces to the building's manufacturing history. Today, the campus integrates hospitality, special events, coworking, cultural programming, and membership into a dynamic ecosystem that supports creative and civic life in Chicago’s Northwest Side.

VISITOR EXPERIENCE:

The main campus building will be open for a guided architecture and real estate development tour with information about Guild Row's ever-evolving offerings. Food and beverage by Little Lark - a family-friendly pizza and cocktail restaurant within Guild Row - will be available for purchase before and after tours on Saturday. Little Lark will be closed on Sunday for an event - coffee, snacks & brunch drinks will be available for purchase in Guild Hall before & after tours. Guided tours are mandatory.
